Shipping policy

All orders ship within 1 month, however some orders may take longer based upon special custom requirements or high activity. We will give an estimate of this timeframe right upon the placement of the order so the customer is aware and can act upon desire. Verderoccia will notify before an order will be shipped from Florence, Italy.

USA, Canada and Europe

Delivery time: approximately one month after your order has been processed.

Rate: Each order will be drop shipped (Delivery Duty Paid) by DHL Express.

Note: All orders will require a signature upon delivery. For packages that are refused upon delivery, or are returned back to Verderoccia atelier, the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and fees to import the items back to the atelier, including the actual shipping costs paid to the carrier to Italy. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
