   These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated in the United States by Leonori & Pratesi LLC, operating under the Verderoccia brand. By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website.
   Verderoccia provides information about its products and services and offers users the opportunity to request additional information or make purchases. These Terms do not override any purchase-specific terms unless explicitly stated. Additional terms (“Specific Terms”) may apply to certain areas of the site. In case of conflict, the Specific Terms prevail.

   Verderoccia may revise or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 6. Prices and Orders
   All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices, product availability, specifications and shipping fees may change without notice. Applicable state sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
   An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Verderoccia may refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities or request additional verification at its discretion. If a pricing error occurs, Verderoccia may cancel the order and issue a refund for amounts charged.

7. Color Disclaimer
   Due to variations in screens and devices, displayed colors may not perfectly reflect actual materials. Fabric swatches are available upon request. Returns based solely on color differences are not considered defects and follow the Return Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability (Website and Content)
   This site and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   Verderoccia does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality or the absence of viruses or harmful components.
   To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Verderoccia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the site.
   In any case, Verderoccia’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
