TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Verderoccia website and apply to all orders placed within the United States.

  1. General
    This website is operated by Leonori & Pratesi LLC, a company established under the laws of the State of New York, doing business as Verderoccia. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Sale.

  2. Our Creations
    Each Verderoccia piece is crafted in Tuscany using time-honored techniques and the finest materials. As many items are made to order, subtle variations may occur. These nuances are an intrinsic expression of artisanal craftsmanship.

  3. Orders
    All orders are subject to acceptance. Verderoccia reserves the right to decline or cancel any order should circumstances require, including in cases of inaccuracies or availability constraints.

  4. Pricing
    All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs are not included unless expressly stated and will be calculated or communicated separately.

  5. Payment
    Depending on the nature of the order, full payment or a deposit may be required at confirmation. Payment confirms your authorization to use the selected method and your commitment to the order.

  6. Production
    As our creations are often bespoke, production timelines are indicative. Standard lead time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

  7. Shipping
    We arrange both domestic and international deliveries with the utmost care. Delivery timelines are estimates. Responsibility for the goods transfers upon delivery to the address provided.

  8. Duties and Taxes
    For deliveries outside the State of New York or outside the United States, duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. Unless otherwise agreed, these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  9. Returns
    Given the made-to-order nature of many of our creations, sales are considered final. Should an item present a defect or not conform to the order, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the matter with care and attention.

  10. Care
    Each piece is accompanied by care instructions. Proper care preserves the integrity and beauty of the fabric. Verderoccia cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or handling.

  11. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, Verderoccia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

  12. Intellectual Property
    All content, designs, and imagery are the exclusive property of Verderoccia and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

  13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

  14. Amendments
    Verderoccia reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
