Delivery & Returns

Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Florentine atelier and ships within 6–8 weeks via DHL Express. We are always available for special requests.

USA, Canada, and Europe orders ship Delivery Duty Paid via DHL Express, with Verderoccia gift boxes available upon request.

Payments accepted through American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

As each Verderoccia piece is made to order in our Florence Atelier, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind in design or sizing. In the event of an error on our part, we accept full responsibility and will arrange a resolution promptly. Please contact us at atelier@verderoccia.com.
